Baran is Kurdish and means rain. Rain cleanses, refreshes and creates new, similar to this band. The music of BaranBand consist of its own compositions and new arrangements of old Persian and Kurdish music.
Duo Zendegi
Duo Zendegi is a collective that creates unique artistic compositions that are based upon music and dance from the Middle-East. The duet consists of Marouf Majidi and dance performer Suvi Tuominen.
